Dr.Paltewar has completed his M.Ch in Neurosurgery from L.T.M.M.C., Sion, Mumbai. He is serving the people of Vidharbha since 2000. He has performed more than 6000 Neurosurgeries till date. Dr. Paltewar harbours a special interest in Minimal Access Micro- Neuro Surgery & image guided (Computer Assisted) Neuro & Spinal Surgery. Dr. Paltewar has acquired unmatched experience in performing complex skull base and vascular malformation surgery. He possesses optimum skills & expertise in performing Trauma Surgery cases, handling of Congenital Anomalies, management of Infections- cerebral, Spinal abscesses, chronic infection (Tuberculomas) & Pott’s Spine beside treatment of Bening & Malignant tumors. He also has hands on experience in dealing with pituitary tumour surgery trans- sphenoidal, skull based approaches, vascular- Aneurysms/ AVM’s Hypertensive Bloods, Stroke surgery, Micro Vascular surgery, Degenerative spine surgeries with varied approaches including trans and retro- cavitary approaches, Dr. Paltewar has also got a wide experiences as a lecturer in many of the leading Institutions.
